Lloyd Reeb (born 1961) is a public speaker, author, retired real-estate builder, and director of Halftime Inc. Reeb was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA on September 19, 1961. He is the third of four brothers and lived in Philadelphia until he attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He eventually married his childhood sweetheart and started Reeb Development Inc. His company built apartment complexes, retirement communities, and a neighborhoods outside Ottawa. After retirement, he started working as head of communication for Send International, a Christian missionary group, and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina. In the mid-1990s he became an associate pastor (of evangelism) at Mecklenburg Community Church and helped design and build a new building for the church. After a few years of administrative work at Mecklenburg Community Church, Reeb became the director of Halftime Inc., a non-profit organization that runs a movement it calls halftime .
